if you can stretch that to Amsterdam then maybe I can make it :) , if not, there are lots of London area ladies who should be able to come ^_^

if I end up being anywhere nearby in June I will but otherwise it's a 9 hour drive or an hour drive to the airport and a hop on board a plane - but otherwise I would really love to go

Andrea, you are hilarious. 

But on a little more serious note. I have visited London almost on a yearly basis. Sadly I won't be going there this June. Although I just might get there later on in the year. Quite a number of years ago I used to go to a tea dance which was at a hotel on the Strand. The hotel is still there but I think that they don't do the tea thing anymore, certainly they don't do the dances. And then there was a hotel just around the corner from Harrods which had a very relaxing, informal tea. Hmmm I am trying to remember the hotel. but it doe snot matter because it is no longer there. The Ritz is very nice but quite pricey. Oh, I recently got a travel guide called Vintage London. Let me check in it and I will get back to you.

BTW this very Saturday I am channeling my inner Aoife, although that is not too difficult for me to do. Anyway I am joining a new friend of mine, who makes and sells handbags, for tea. I will be wearing PUG, so I will be posting pics here!

Seriously though I would be grateful for any suggestions even if you can't make it yourself.
