Bombshell Swimsuit sizing help

I'm hoping somebody here can guide me in the right direction.  I love the look of this swimsuit, especially in the green.

It says to order small and my measurements are 32A-27-38 which means I'm mostly in the range of XS and S but could also but M depending... we all know how measurements love to vary.

I know this suit is good for large chested girls but does anyone know how it holds up for those of us with less up top?  Also how does it seem to fit for those with the longer torso's?  I did buy the Betty suit many years ago and found it rode up and flattened my chest right out.

Any help and advise would be most appreciated.

I'm pear shaped with a B cup, though larger than you overall; I went with a Bettie, but I guess I don't have a longer torso, as I didn't have any riding up issues (also other indicators. :) ).  I did get a top (http://www.pinupgirlclothing.com/vamp-top-in-black-from-deadly-dame...) that same idea of the padded/sculpted up front, and I, uh, lacked the ability to fill it out correctly.

Its pretty stretchy and I would not wear a M I've got it in a large, I love it but could have got away with an M easily.  I have no problems with length at all and I don't have a short torso.  I think you may be able to get away with the XS which would be better for you on the bosom front too
