I don't know on these specific ones (except I know that the my little pony underwear are the same as the ones that make the Wonderwoman underwear which I have experience with) but typically with stretchy tank tops you should order your size or one size up. So a small or a medium. They have a lot of stretch to them so I would probably recommend the small, although i'm not sure how thick the fabric is (it may show through if it's too snug) 

As for the underwear, it depends on how you want them to fit. If you want them to be as snug as possible, go for the small, if you want them to be comfy, go for the M :P

Thanks Shy Anne! I normally wear a small in tank tops but I might go with a medium based on what you said and what Kara said on the PUG Facebook page. I like them snug and form fitting but not to the point where they are digging into my skin because a) it's not comfortable and b) I really don't think that's a look that works for me ;)

The same goes with the underwear, I'm normally a large but based on what they're saying I might be able to go with a medium since I don't them too loose fitting.
