I tried buying a pair on Ebay awhile ago and the girl selling them told me they are true to size with minimal stretch, so I would order a Medium. If they come with the belt you could just make it tight to cover your small waist, I have the M and my problem is reverse I have a large waist and medium hips! But I have the red ones and they are super stretchy, I am not sure if the pink ones are a different material?

You might want to go with a size medium but the new ones have been revised and have a slightly different cut than the old ones...I'm going to check them out at the boutique later in the week so I'll have a better idea of how they fit after that. =)

Ok so I went in to try them on today. They didn't have the pink so I tried on the lavender. They said the cut is the same so...anyway, I am about 27-28" waist (depends on what I've eaten that day, haha) and 37-38" hips and the size small fit me perfect. Go by your waist measurement and you'll be fine. The waist had no stretch so anything bigger than 28" would need to be a size up, but the leg and butt area is stretchy so ladies with thicker legs will fill them out nicely (my legs are skinny so they aren't as fitted as I'd like but they still look nice, not too baggy).
