I have the old utility jeans in classic blue denim color.  My waist measures 32" and I ordered the size 32, and they fit perfectly.  I would say their size chart is right on, because if you ignore the inch sizes and actually convert the centimeters, you will get a more accurate measurement.  I have an hourglass shape with my hips being 10" larger than my waist, and I was a little worried about fit because Freddie's jeans are true denim (no stretch).  But once again, I checked the size chart and converted the centimeters and the fit turned out perfect.

The only difference I see between the old and new utility is that the new utility has belt loops.  Overall, I have no complaints about these awesome jeans, and would definitely recommend them.  I don't get a muffin top because the rise is really high.  Even better, no issues with camel toe.  I am 5'5" and I cuff them about 3 inches.  The other pair I have owned is the Dungarees.  They looked adorable, but the only problem was that they would creep into a wedgie when I lied down on the floor.  I would wear them on my casual days around the house or out and about, but when I would get down on the floor to play with my little baby, I would apologize to my son for "having to look at Mommy's wedgie).  So I sold them and decided to stick to regular Freddie's jeans.
