Hello Sarah,

I am also new to PUG...so...WELCOME!  I am from the Detroit Michigan area of USA and I'm a kitchen designer.  I'm intrigued  by your "chocolatiere-ing"!  Sounds very exciting.  If you ever need a tester...I volunteer :)
