The Doris top is perfect for nursing. Very stretchy and covers the boobies very nicely.

yes yes Gia is the stretchy kind and Doris is quite open for the boobies.. I wear a camisole underneath and its no problem to nurse.

I wear what ever feels good  that day. As long as I have a blanket to cover my 20 1/2 month son as he's feeding is good for me. I haven't even wore a nursing bra since he was 7 months old. What ever is comfortable for you go for it! Hope this helps ...and more power to us Chi-Chi Mama's!

The Gia, because it can simply be pulled down on one side, The Joanie because of the back zip, and the Wonderful Wrap top which can be loosened then tied back <3

I lived in tie-neck halter neck tops and dresses when I was nursing my daughter, but I was in woeful post-baby shape too and found them flattering and comfortable, especially if you wear them with a cardigan. A camisole is handy too for wearing underneath everything that isn't nursing-friendly. I was feeling a bit down about how I looked and so I bought myself a really pretty black lace nursing bra (mine was a Le Mystere "sexy mama bra") and I felt much better, before that I had some super ugly beige ones that did nothing for my hurting self-esteem. :)

when I was nursing I wore a lot of button up tops and there are some cute "wrap tops" that are made for nursing that could be styled to be pinup like.  whatever is comfortable, and can be opened and closed with one hand.  i wanted to be fairly discrete, not wanting to be super obvious that I was whipping my boob out in public so the ability to open and close my top with one hand under a blanket was the most important thing to me.  fashion wasnt quite as important and function.  Have fun and enjoy your little one, they grow up way too fast :)
