If you want quality, PUG is the way to go. You will get lots of wear out of your PUG clothing. If you are looking for just clothing for a photo shoot and you aren't looking for items that you will wear outside of the shoot, I'd look at Forever 21 and H&M. You can pull together pieces from both lines to make a pin up look. I would suggest finding a couple of pictures from a pin up shoot and trying to recreate them from clothing your find at Forever 21, H&M, Charlotte Russe.

Sourpuss Clothing, Heartbreaker Clothing, Steady Clothing. I also shop thrift stores all the time, or local vintage clothing shops.
