PUG UK Meet and Greet 2012 Info Document

Hi All,

Just wanted to start a discussion about the UK Meet and Greet happening in December. I have put together a document of helpful info for the day. In addition to the info on the document I have also linked with the UK buresque community and some UK performers will be joining us for cocktails before the show so there will be more ladies to chat to and let our hair down with for the evening.

There will be a competition for the best dressed, most fabulous lady of the day! The winner will receive a signed photo of Immodesty Blaize, offered to us by the lady herself  for the most fabulously dressed PUG fan!

Numbers are fairly low so I was hoping for some feedback please.

I understand the obvious issues:

Close to christmas - busy time of year.
This was never intended to be so close to Christmas, the show happened to be at this time and the rest started falling into place - turning it into a postitive, its the party season, the week of my birthday in fact so perfect excuse for dressing up, cocktails and a good time!

Location - UK is big place so London although the Capital just isnt best for some people
Its hard to find somewhere to please everyone. Depending on numbers it would be great to have a north and south meet and greet - we would need pleanty of people attending both for it to be worth running though.

I would have doen a Saturday and will do next time, the show happened to be on a Sunday so this time around it couldnt be helped

I have learned planning this event and the LA event that it is hard to please everyone, hard to make the day pefect and does take alot of hard work.

So a few questions, how does the event sound to you? Would you like to go? What would you want from the event? Why wouldnt you want to go? What would you like to change?

I need to confirm final number to the stores involved, the restaurant and cocktail bar asap so please do let me know if you would like to attend and any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
