Kim I have that exact same dress. I have not worn a slip with it and I thought it looked OK. I did wear a full petticoat under it one of the times I've worn it. But I must admit I am dying to find some really great retro style slips.

That is a gorgeous dress!  I think your best bet would probably be to see what you can find on eBay & Etsy by playing with searches for "retro", "vintage", "full slip", and "camisole".  If you can sew a little, just get a nice one and modify it to your needs :)

I have slips from marks and spencer. Not expensive and they do free international shipping.

I usually get real vintage ones on etsy or eBay (like Sammi already mentioned) because the fabric is a bit nicer than what you can get for the money - (typically $4-$30 range)

that aside, Only Hearts and Farr West both have something like what you're looking for. Cosabella too, but you're going to pay the same for something from them as for a the dress itself.
