Hmm, I think they are both awesome and if you don't mind the print you're going to get a lot of wear out of both, but I do think that the top is a little more versatile, (you can pair it with jeans or a skirt and still look fabulous) where the dress is a little harder to wear if you want to go to work in it or something,  

on the other hand if you want something fabulous to look good in for special occasions or so... the dress will definitely do you justice <3 the vamp line

I got the top, love it. I can mix it up with a skirt or jeans/pants. I love wearing it with my pebbles bone in my hair. If you've never bought a vamp top or dress though for sizing i'd say be sure to go by you bust size.

This would be my first Vamp purchase, I'm pretty excited i've been lusting after them all year!  For sizing though, my measurements are all over the place! My bust measurement is in the XL range, my waist is between small and medium and my hips are a medium.  I think I'll go with the medium and let "the girls" worry about themselves, can't shy away from a bit of cleavage ;) 

Thanks Ladies, I think I'll go with the dress in Tiger.  I just love it too much! I'll be getting a couple of the tops too.
