I use to be a size 18, 205 lbs, I didn't realize how much i loved myself being that size until i lost the weight, i am now 150 lbs and a size 11. you would think that's great, but i am not comfortable in this body and i want my old body back. I cant explain this feeling, but now that i have experienced the skinny side, its not all that i ever dreamed of, if i could go back i would rather just be my size 18 and just keep wishing i was skinnier. people think im crazy when i say i want to gain the weight back, they are pretty much shocked, because i have always been big and when they see me now they think its a miracle or something and they say how great i look and they are proud of me. but my reply is "I hate it".. does anyone out there relate to me?? what is wrong with me?

It might be because of how you carry your weight. When you weighed 205 lbs did you have a larger breast and rear than your waist? If so, that gave you a full hourglass figure which is always very attractive. I'm guessing when you lost your weight your hourglass figure became less striking? I bet you looked incredible both ways and admire you for hitting that realization that you really did love your body all along but the world's standards of beautiful just got in the way.. I guess all you can do is learn the lesson and really listen to yourself this time and ignore the world's GENERAL opinion! So many men and woman find full figured woman very attractive! Do what makes you feel the most beautiful sweetie, and NOTHING is wrong with you!

There's nothing wrong with that. I'm in the process of losing weight and I too have this fear of not liking the end result. I guess that's because I want my curves to not go anywhere. Anyway, if you want to gain weight, do so. Just remember to gain it in a healthy way and maintain a healthy lifestyle :)
