I don't know about the Ginger, but I bought a Daisy and it was too small in the bust area to cover it nicely. I'm 45 and nursed my kids, so I need a bra with good support, but was unable to find one with enough support that was also small enough to fit properly under the dress. I also have some extra tissue by the armpit that the cut of the top part of the dress didn't cover nicely, actually made it stand out more. That being said, the rest of the dress is one of the most flattering and slimming cuts I've ever worn and in fairness, I think to some degree it's just my particular figure. I really, really wish they would make this dress with sleeves, or perhaps thick straps that come up high in the armpit area. On me, I would have to wear a bolero to cover the fleshy parts around the armpit while leaving the beauty of the cut visible. I ended up giving it to my daughter. It's loose on her (was snug on me) but looks much better on the top for her than it did on me, and she's gotten tons of compliments on it.
