First of all, YUCK! I wake up and find those spammers have once again taken over the board. I HATE IT!

But now on to my real business. I love to look as vintage as possible, from head to toe, from undies to outerwear. My favorite repro vintage lingerie company is having a 20% off sale this weekend on their Coco line of items. And, yes girls, I went and bought a full set of them. Their items are not cheap, but they are wonderful. Nowadays when going vintage I am almost always wearing my WKD lingerie under my Pin Up Girl clothing. If you might be interested just check out their website and if you buy one of the Coco pieces just put the discount code coco20 into the box to get the discount.

I love WKD! Thanks for the share :)

Do you have any of their corsets?

I DO!

I have an underbust corset that I picked up on one of my outings to the store in Hollywood. I think that I have bought three other corsets from discount places. But my WKD corset fits the best and I look the best in it. When I had followed the normal corset sizing instructions, I came up with one size. But then when I went in and got help from the amazing Michelle, the size I bought was two inches smaller. I know that for many of us buying some of these items in person is impossible. For example, I know that it is not an easy shopping day to go from the Netherlands to the PUG boutique in Burbank. LOL! But given my rather unique proportions, it has always been so great to actually go and try things on before buying.

While I am chatting about What Katie Did, I will just mention something. The two women who worked in the Hollywood store and ran the US operations quit a month or so ago. I sure would love to stay in touch with Michelle and Carrie. If anyone has any contact with them, maybe you could let them know I'm thinking of them. Oh, and I believe that one of the new employees there is Ashleeta. She is actually a PUG Style member. I have not met her yet. But I am hoping to soon.

I really agree about that. I actually have a rule that anything 'lingerie' has to be tried on before being bought as I've got a bit of an odd shape (super short waist and large bust for my figure) so I have trouble fitting most corsets.) Actually i agree with you on the smaller is better. Usually I end up having to either go custom or find the wide waist to hip ratio difference as my waist is again really short and hips really wide.

But it's great to hear that the associates at WKD are actually helpful! I've been wanting one of their corsets for ages but we don't have a store here so I haven't indulged (yet).
