The question of the day is how can I combat wrinkles on my beautiful dresses? This isn't as much of a problem on circle skirts as it is on the wiggles.

For example, I am wearing the lovely Erika today. While sitting down at my desk the dress just creases and wrinkles across my hips and once I stand up no matter of smoothing or tugging with smooth them out completely. See attached picture.

Any special tricks or tips?

Yup.... happens when the material has a heavy cotton percentage in its blend. My circle skirts do it, too. To combat it, I sprayed bottles and bottles of Scotchgard and wrinkle removers.... To no avail. they need more spandex type stretchy blends in their materials.....

Quite a bit upsetting that the dress never looks like it is shown on the website.... Makes it very unfunctional.

I have this problem too! I want to wear all my dresses to university but after sitting in a lectures all day, when I am walking out on campus, it's all wrinkled.

Ladies -

I'm not sure if this will work (or if you carry it where you are) but there is a spray called Downy Wrinkle Releaser. It's made so that you hang your clothes (on a hanger or whatever), spray where the wrinkles are, pull out and the fabric will actually relax out the wrinkles. You can also use it while wearing the clothes (which I have done many a time)... it may work for you.

Good luck and hope this works!!!

Oh, and spray starch, have you tried that?

I use Magic Sizing. The bottle is big, though. Downy is probably just fine. One time I used a travel size Febreze, works just fine, but used the whole bottle on one dress :(

I have wrinkle relaxers in the office, car, home, travel bag........ I go through so many botles, it is ridiculous....

Is wrinkle releaser spray okay for our beautiful dresses? While I hate the wrinkles, I would also hate to think I am damaging the fabric.

I would love to hear someone else's opinion on this, but for me it is perfectly fine.

I used Magic Sizing (this is what I use all the time), regular Febreeze (works on wrinkles beautifully), Wrinkle Wiz (travel size).

I also spay ScotchGard to everything I buy before first wear and ideally after every wash.

I don't think any of these products can damage the fabric in anyway.

Washing may and will damage it, but that is inevitable unless you really want to dry clean them as the website suggests.
