Meet Up?

Greetings Gorgeous Gals!

First off, welcome to all of our new members. This group is really starting to grow, how exciting is that? Most of the members seem to be located in and around the Los Angeles area, which means we must meet up.

Once the group reaches 100+ members, I would love to finally set up a meet up event.I would love to include a day of shopping at PUG then heading over to a nearby spot for drinks and food. Does this sound like something you ladies would be interested in? Do you have other meet up ideas?
If so, please voice your opinions.

Personally, I am up for anything. I love to shop, eat, mingle, and sip on delicious drinks. :)

I think it would be awesome if we got enough of us together to get a party bus for our PUG meet up! I am dying to meet all of you wonderful ladies.

I really, really would like to join any meet up that is scheduled. With enough warning, I can usually make most evenings or even weekends. I would love to join a group of girls going out for some fun. But I would only join if I felt that it would be OK with the others to have a Tgirl joining in. My intention is to never have anyone feel uncomfortable around me. But I so want to be just one of the girls. And you can see by my pics that I try my best to always look my best. Maybe my issue should be private. I don't want to hijack this thread. So feel free to message me directly.

One totally different suggestion for those of us on the Eastside. Is anyone up for getting together at the Bahooka restaurant on Rosemead Blvd in Rosemead? We could do just a small Eastside girls thing. Everyone could put on their best tiki wear. On a weeknight it would be very easy to get in. The food is not all that great. But the decor is outrageous. And the drinks make up for the food.

So is anyone interested in doing a sort of prequel to the meet up in November? We could meet at the Bahooka in Rosemead? I was thinking about possibly Friday, October the 19th or Saturday October the 20th? If at least a few of us are interested I will make the reservations. And at least it would be a start. And because it is my idea I promise to buy the first round of drinks! Let me know what you think. If at least a few of you are interested I will make a reservation. If on Friday maybe at 7:30 PM and if on Saturday a bit earlier at 6:30 PM? Let me know what you think.

I am eye-ing the 20th. I will probably work on 19th and I definitely have to work 1 hr on the 20th morning. So, if I come down to LA, I can go to my teacher's belly dance class and then it is 25 mins from there to Bahooka.

Then if I stay DT LA, it is 20 mins there. Or I can go back home which will be a 2.5 drive. But my cousin will arive from Turkey the next day, so maybe I'll stay, go to garment district next day.

OMG, I don't have a Tiki Dress........

I would love to go, but I won't know until that week what my schedule will look like... usually, I work both days, but the timing may work out if I am working the day shift. If it does, I'm totally game (but I too do not have a tiki dress!!). I will let you all know as soon as I know. But since I do not know where it is, and it is in Rosemead, I should be able to bus there and home... I may just have to leave a little early, no problem. I need to know the address though, so I can double check. I'm totally game for it all!
