I live in the Columbus, Ohio area. I have ordered off the PUG website but sure wish I could try the outfits on before ordering. Does anyone have any ideas where to try PUG-like clothes on? Real vintage items are sized differently so that doesn't do much good.

I know this is a HUGE trek, but as with everything, you can find it at the Mall of America in MN.
There is a Betty Page Clothing store there. I've never ordered anything from PUG pretty much because I'm worried about the fit- and the prices are quite the investment for me. The Betty Page store (and website, which looks ancient) has a MUCH more limited selection than PUG, but it can give you an idea how the different cuts and fabrics fit your body- and they have some decent sales occasionally.
And *nudge *nudge to PUG, the MOA can support multiples of niche markets... especially when one has better products at similar prices than the established stores...
A trip to the Mall of America may be in my future. I have never been there but I have heard about all the unique shops.
Every item has a size chart. Measure yourself properly, and you can know how it will fit you based off of that. Like if a waist says 26-27 and you have a size 28 waist, you'd want to size up otherwise it'll be super tight. If your measurements are not proportional to the measurements on the size chart, realize that you may have to opt for a bigger size and have it tailored.
