A Rose By Any Other Name (DD Courtesan Swing Dress)- Total Must Have!

Although I'm a newcomer to the pin-up world, finding wardobe never seemed to be an issue. As luck would have it, I found my way to the Pinup Girl Clothing website and layed eyes on THE dress. At the time, the front page was plastered with photos from their newest collection by Deadly Dames. I loved the idea behind all of them, but for the Victorian Rose Swing dress it was love at first sight!

For months and months, I toyed with the idea of buying it. My brain conservatively reminded me I didn't have a lot of places to wear it or the cash to spend for that matter, but my heart just couldn't leave it alone.

Flash forward to now, my dress officially arrived in the mail. The post man even ran the doorbell to alert me, almost as if he knew how badly I'd been waiting!

Now for the actual dress:  I got a medium hoping it would fit because I'm a 34B-29-40(hips free) and upon my first try, it seemed it wouldn't fit. Five minutes later a triumphant me looked in the mirror and a smile came across my face. The dress of my dreams was finally mine and fit almost perfectly (If I'm honest it's a tad tight in the waist). The pattern is to die for and the velvet straps which I originally didn't like at first glance feel like heaven on my shoulders!

I would totally order this dress again; it's absolutely amazing!
