2X Dixifried Perfect Pencil skirt in Gold $40

Hi Ladies, I bought this skirt a month or so ago, and it's just too small. The tags do read 2x, it just didn't work for me. I have worn it once, and I've resewn the button as far as it will go. I'm more than happy to sew it back in the original spot if you'd like. It's an excellent skirt, I absolutely love it, I just can't squeeze into it. I will ship in the US and out if you pay for the shipping out of the country. I accept paypal. I'm asking $40, as the new price is $64. Let me know! Thanks for looking!!

I normally wear XL in dixiefried skirts, but I know the fit can vary. I read your comment on another thread about this skirt being tighter than your other 2x's. Can you measure the waist and hips for me? If the measurements are right, I'll buy it. Thanks in advance.
