No problem! The measurements are:

Bust:38"
Waist: 30-31"
Hips: 41-42"

The material is a soft cotton stretch fabric. So I'd say it definitely has stretch, especially since its meant to hug curves. :)

The vogue skirt does have some stretch to it, but not a ton. It's a thicker fabric. Its measurements are:
Waist:30-31"
Hips:39-41"

I could definitely ship to Canada but it would be a little bit extra. If you give me your zip I can give you an exact price. :)

I will day that I wear the Vogue in L and my hips (really my butt) has Mr at 47 and it fits like a glove. I'll let you know about shipping.
