Do the DD capris run small? I'm inbetween an xs and s in sizing and wondering how much stretch they have.

my waist is 26 in and my hips are 38ish 38.5 inches and the xs are a bit tight but since they are so stretchy (thanks to the bengaline fabric) they manage to zip up (:

Also, how would you describe the color? I've see. Pictures where they look practically yellow and others where they appear more green. I don't particularly care, I'm just curious.

they are a mix between a lime greenish yellow but defiently not yellow (: 

I cant find the belt that goes with it so if you want them still im willing to take 10 dollars off if not its fine too (:
