Unstretched, flat measurements are Waist 26", Hips a little over 18". They're 3% spandex, so have give, especially in the hips. The waist is more rigid, but I'd say it would suit a 26-27" waist.

Looking for any other measurements? I'll be away for a few days from tomorrow on, so apologies for any delay in answering questions (the mobile site doesn't seem to work particularly well on my phone).
