Based off the flat measurements, this seems a hair too large for me. Did it fit you well? Would you mind telling me your measurements? I seem to be a solid size small in PUG dresses. I'm considering your spy dress as well. PM me if you want.

It fit me well, but it is too big for me now as I've lost weight. My current measurements are 36, 26, 37. It isn't "swimming on me", but I would prefer a tighter fit now. It's mainly the waist where it's too big for me now. You might be able to pair either with a belt though. But if you are my measurements or smaller anywhere, they will be too big. The Collectif isn't what I would consider a stretchy material. The other has a little bit of stretch to it, but that why I got it in a small. That one DOES still fit me now, but I just don't like how it personally looks one ME. The navy and I don't agree apparently, haha. If you are a solid PUG small, the Collectif may be too big but the superspy should work. But everyone is different.
