Does this dress tend to run true to size? Do you happen to have the measurements?

I feel like it is pretty true to size. I can take flat measurements and get back to you. Are most concerned with the waist measurement?

The website lists it at:

bust- 37-40

waist- 28-29

Waist and bust. I've also heard the sleeves tend to run a little tight.

I'm not sure if you saw, but I added the measurements (above) from the website :) The dress does have some stretch and once on it does give a little, but doesn't lose it's shape.
