This dress is so freaking flattering, I can't even tell you. It looks exactly like the picture, and it is a 1X. The measurements according to Heartbreaker are: Bust 43-45 Waist: 34-36 Hips are open. Also:

Ties at neck and in back
A-line skirt
Zipper in center back of skirt
100 % Quality Cotton

Does the material have any stretch?

It has some stretch, but not THAT much. There is some elastic in back to accommodate a larger bust, as well as ties around the neck and around the waist too. :-)

When I bought this, I was about a 37" waist so I think it totally would. If it doesn't fit you, I'll give you a refund.
