For SALE - M Pele Dress in Black and Pink Hawaiian Floral with Matching Bolero,
Dear PU Girls - this was my first PUG purchase, and I cannot zip the dress :( over my 32H (UK size); will need to work out the sizing.
Brand new with tags, size M; purchased for $60, will consider any reasonable offer.

It's about 29-30".
The bust is supposed to fit up to 39" (according to the size chart), but that is not the case for me.
I guess if you forego the bra - which this dress is designed to allow you to do - it might fit the 39". Alas, it's not an option for me.
