My loss (weight) is your gain! Some of my size Large dresses, skirts and pants have gotten too baggy for me. I'd like to recoup some of my money in order to buy some new that fit me. Help a girl out! :-)

1940's Gloria Swanson Forever Young dress - lovely coral/dark pink color with black beaded trim. Measures 38-30-40. Very small hole in sleeve. Very faint fade spot on the bodice (barely noticeable) due to someone cleaning it. Pic attached. $65+shipping

Unique Vintage Gingham is a 30 in waist and about a 32 bust.

Hmm... I'm a 34FF, my chest is about 42". I found a similar dress on their website, and the large has a 38" bust. Does that sound about right for this dress?

I'm curious about the alterations that were done---could you tell me more? I have this dress in a small, and I love it. I recently offered to buy my best friend a PUG dress as her wedding gift, and she picked this, but it was out of stock, so I bought her a different one---and then I saw your post. I know a used dress is not the best gift available, but when it is an added bonus gift, I figure it is cool, right? My big concern is that the alteration will make it not work for her (because she is the same height as me).
