hi, sorry I missed your comment. The waist measures up to 32''. It has that fabulous paneling that so many PUG skirts have so it can hit at or above the smallest part of the waist. I hope this helps! :)

Actually, since today is Thursday (instead of Friday like I thought, if I put it in the mail today and got 2-day you *should* have it by Saturday, but with priority mail there's no guarantee if you need it desperately..

oh my god that would look AMAZING. Now I feel compelled to make sure this happens. I'll send you the invoice and go ahead and get it all packed up. I'll send it 2-day and barring any unforeseen circumstances, you should have it by Saturday. :) what's your paypal address for the invoice?
