Yes. Guess the rest of my last post didn't go through. There is a little bit of stretch, but I would call it more "give" than stretch. (It's not super stretchy like bengaline so you need to follow the measurements given.)

Also note that this skirt is houndstooth PRINT, not actual houndstooth.
