I purchased online and it's a little tight around the arms and waist.  I live in US.  The size chart says Chest:40-42 and it's pretty accurate. Waist: 32-34 I'd say closer to 32 Hips:42-44 and that's accurate.  I paid $44.00 for it and would like to just get that back plus shipping costs.  I could return it but figured I'd try to see if anyone was interested first.  I've never sold or swapped and I have a dress or two I need to swap if this all goes well! :)
