Hi Vivian,

Laid flat, the measurements are as follows:

Bust/ High Waist measured right under the pink chiffon, is 38". The pink chiffon is shirred, which would accommodate a larger bust, also looks good on a smaller bust (I'm a 42B)

Hips, measured just underneath the princess seams, is 44"

Length, measured from underarm to hem: 35"

Let me know if you need any other measurements. The polyester fabric has some stretch to it.
