What is the condition of the skirt and length? I love this skirt but im short (5 feet even)and dont know where it would fall on me. Whats the wast size?

It's in perfect condition.  I just measured and the length from waist to hem is 28", it's a high-waisted style.  The flat waist measures 17" and there isn't much stretch due to the satin type fabric, but I'd say there is a little wiggle room because of the cut.  It seems to be fairly true to size.  I was told they ran smaller which is why I thought it would work, but it doesn't seem to be too small to me.  I hope that helps!  I couldn't find the original PUG size chart on this one.

I am absolutely dying for this skirt.  But I have to wait till the next pay day before I get it! :(  Here is hoping its still here!
