Hey Kristen,

Is there much give in the waist on this skirt? I have a 31" waist, and only 37" hips so am torn between which size will work for me!

There really isn't much stretch in the waist, only the hips as this skirt runs small. The flat measure for the waist is 14.5 inches, so I think it would only comfortably fit up to a 29inch waist :(
