Hi Kristal!

The measurements off of the size chart for the Palm Springs dress for UK size 10 are 35.5" bust, 28" waist, 38" hip. But since the dress is stretchy, it will fit a range. I bought two of these, one white/black and one white/red. The white/red I'm keeping and it fits me wonderfully at 37.5"-26"-39.5".

From the waist up, it is. It also has flexible boning in the bustier. It really is a lovely dress! It hurts me to not keep both, but that's just me being a dress hoarder ;-)
