What's the waist measurement on the mustard Birdie? Do you think it could fit a 28 inch waist?

According to their website it should fit a 26-27. I'm around a 28-29in waist and it fits snug. Not uncomfortable just snug.

Anna I just took the dress out of my closet to pack it and just realized the tags are not attached. I never wore it out but I guess I took the tags off. Let me know if you're still interested
