Hello, ladies. I am posting for a friend who is going to be in her sister's wedding soon, and is in need of a red dress. She said that it is a specific shade of red, but I'm not sure exactly what it is. However, she is looking for something retro or vintage styled, so I told her I'd keep an eye out. She has a small bust/torso, but wide hips, so I'd say she's a medium for wiggle dresses and a small for swing dresses. She's also a college student, so something less than $100 would be ideal.
