If you don't mind that it gets wrinkled, I can try to fit it into a standard envelope, which costs 15 USD registered priority.

Hi, I'm not too fussed on the dress getting wrinkled.  They always end up that way by the time I get them out of the package (even from PUG).  Definitely interested.  If you flick me through your paypal I'll arrange payment asap :)  I might just go with the priority because it's not too much different in price.
