Being new to the idea of shape wear, I have a few questions. Do you wear it everyday? If so what kind do you wear the most often.

I had one that went around my tummy, and while it worked beautifully, it was SOO hard to put on because it had no zipper or clasps, I had to put it on over my head which seeing as my shoulders are wider than my waist it was kind of a pain!

Do you wear specific kinds for specific things?

I saw some you suggested on your website but I didn't know anything about comfort or wear length and all that jazz.

Thank you so much! You're beautiful

Hi Christine,

I am a huge fan of shapewear I find it to be the base for all outfits - call it a primer for the bod!

I do wear it pretty much anytime I'm leaving the house and going out and for long periods of time.

I've been wearing Bella Bodies for the last 2 years and I'm very addicted to full body definers which are a similar shape to a bathing suit. They go on without zips, have stretch (but with all shapewear you do have to wiggle yourself in there it's just how they work) and you step into them. The best feature is the gusset as lots of other styles don't give you an option to pee it seems.

I've tried shorts, full suits, high waisted knickers and the only kind I really stick with are the high waisted underwear styles and full body definers. I steer clear of the shorts styles as they just don't cut it. You need something that goes over your bra and holds and flattens everything.  Shorts can also give you a horrid 'thigh line' that's highly visible.

Bella Bodies can be found here : http://www.bellabodiesshapewear.com.au

I'm also have a new sponsor on my blog  with more options of styles and their items can be found here : http://www.bodywrap-shapewear.com

I'm really excited about bodywrap as they offer thong options and the one issue I find with body briefers and tight garments is visible lines.

I don't pick specific items really for different outfits I usually stick to 2 varieties of shapewear. The only thing I'd use a different style for is skin tight pants - I'd go for a thong style for my cigarette pant's or disco pants.

I'll be doing a full blown review of the new items I'm trying next week so I'll be sure to upload it onto this group also.

Hope that helps honey!

Michelle you can un notify yourself via the 'emails' function if you don't want to get every item ask to me i've been changing my email preferences as I get so much stuff that I don't want in my inbox!

Nope a body definer is a bodysuit visually like a bodysuit or a swimsuit with or without a bust.

I don't wear slips as they roll up and turn into singlets in the end :P
