I love this idea! I'm based in Ireland but this would certainly take the sting out of international shipping if you started one and I could join :)

The issue isn't the lack of a group within Britain/Europe, but the lack of people buying & selling PUG items within Britain/Europe

The cost is rather prohibitive, both for buying and later selling. :(

Arguably, the cost is only prohibitive if you're not wanting to purchase high-quality items - sure PUG isn't cheap, but comparing PUG to some of the cheaper repro brands would be like comparing a Porsche to a Ford ;)

I'd love a group in the UK to sell or swap!  I agree the prices are prohibitive and looking on eBay, it's almost as much to buy second hand as new :(  If there is a group started here or on FB, I'd like to join! :)
