Water Water Water !!!!! Get your palette clean, not to mention its great for you. This will help with the smells and taste. O yea have you noticed your hair yet ? The smell ? Took me a month to get the smell out of my hair !! You never think of things like that. It's in your hair not on top.... IN SIDE your skin and hair ! It will pass xo
proud you quit smoking ;-) xoxox
I found something that works....lol...e-cigs....reducing my nicotine level with each cartridge order...:) and the company I go through..(vapor4life) has tons of flavors.....and stylish e-cigs...its the mental trick I needed....lol
Hi, I had the same issue about eating healthy, my family loves junk food and I was so tempted since it is available so easily. What helped me to keep my weight down in my case was to visualize the clothing I want to wear. If I did eat unhealthy then I couldn't wear the lovely pin up girl clothing. So if you want to fit into smaller sizes, visualize yourself that way whenever you are tempted to eat unhealthy and it will help you avoid that stuff even if you do cook it.
Also what helped me was a book I read on eating, The Fat Fallacy – Will Clower, it was about eating fatty foods and actually losing weight. It was surprising at first but his idea is that if you eat healthy natural fatty foods then you will lose weight. There are good and bad fatty foods such as cheese, avocado, butter, olive oil but the all natural stuff not the fat free junk. I love cheese so any book that emphasizes eating cheese was great for me and ever since I started following the book, I've had no problem with keeping my weight down. I eat healthy and foods I love.
It will change the way you eat which you already started so it shouldn't be too hard for you but also it is more about a way of eating than sticking to a diet which I hate. If you love food and you want to enjoy it and lose weight, check the book out. Your roomate might even love the suggestions by the book as well.
