Hello guys, I have been reading through the "how often do you work out" post and everyone seems to be really motivated for exercise. I used to go to the gym 3-4 days a week when I joined, but then I injured myself and now that I am completely healed I still have not gone back. I was hoping if any of you have tips on how to get moving again? Also what would be the best way to ease myself back into training without burning myself out. My fitness level is low at best but I can quite strong and flexible from yoga. Thank you.

i've had trouble staying motivated in the past, too. i'd always start out great guns and then burn out in a month or two. what seems to have fixed it for me is to only do fun exercise, and only when i feel like it. since it's fun, you'll feel like it pretty much every day. i used to find ways to avoid working out and then be like, "oh gee, look at the time! guess i better just go to bed." but now if i genuinely run out of time, i am soooo disappointed! i hate missing out on yoga especially. and now that i'm in better shape, exercises that i used to hate (yeah, running, i mean you) are starting to look pretty good. in fact, i'm about to start training for a 5k. so! i hope that helps. good luck!
