I want to also challenge us as a group this week. Our first challenge will be a nutritional one.
Your challenge is to
Eat something green with each meal for three days in a row.
Example:
Breakfast examples:
egg white omelet with spinach
or green smoothie
heck I'll even take green tea fresh brewed no sugar
Lunch examples:
Green salad
broccoli with Tilapia
green smoothie
celery
Dinner examples:
Green beans
asparagus
peas
You get my drift....anyway every time you have something green for three days with each meal post it in this discussion tab. Once you begin posting it needs to continue straight on fro three days.
Please recognize that this challenge may be easier if you are a vegetarian or if you naturally eat green vegetables all the time but for others this may be tough so encouraging posts are always welcomed! :)
