I try to workout 6days a week, 3 times a week I go to my hot mojo class, some kind of vinyasa yoga done by 38 degrès celcius and 70% humidity. Really really great to detox your body and your skin. It also improve your flexibility because all your body is warm as you start working out.
The rest of the time it will be pilate, running and/or cycling. I usually am at the gym 8-9 hours a week.
I used to lift but I have water troubles so it makes only my muscles grow, no fat is lost so at the end I would rather look like Hulk than a model. I think nobody likes that (I don't).
For the alimentation... Well my job does that I "have" to eat chocolate and other sweety things so the rest of the day I try avoiding carbs and meats. I also try not to drink too much, it's not good for the body and not for the skin so get rid of it ! But I drink a lot (lot lot lot) of tea and water.
