Hello dolls!

I have been searching high and low for the best liquid eyeliner. I have used eyeliners from drugstores to high end name brands and I just cannot seem to find one that works well. I find that most end up cracking, peeling, or smearing off my eyelids.

Just wondering what brands you ladies are using and how well it's working for you.

I have to say that the best liquid liner I've used is the NYC Liquid Liner. Theyre like $3 at Target. Its super black and has a shiny finish. If you want a matte finish I like my ELF cream liner (also $3 at Target) is better than my MAC one. It doesnt glide on as easily but its richer.

i agree do gel liner, i hate that liquid can break. tips with gel/cream liners always make sure you close the lid when not in use and always close tight other wise it will dry out. i actually love a brand from a makeup line called zethina

i love it, i've also heard good things about

i can't give a review about it though, i will be ordering from them soon to test them out.

I just got the Tarte amazonian clay waterprooof eyeliner and it is AMAZING! The black goes on so well and stays even better than the Sephora brand I was using before. I can't wait to try other colors!

Also, it's a natural product. That's a huge plus in my book! :)

I have found 2 over drug stor brands that I now LOVE. The first is black from Palladio ( this can be found at beauty supply stores or Ulta stores). The second fave is now the Maybelline eye studio pot in black. Its waterproof and long wear i think 10 to 12 hours and comes with its own brush which I have used with other cream liners so far and its a great little brush. My fave from a "better" line is Lancome's artliner in Nior ( this can be found at Sephora or department stores). This one is great and doesnt say long wear but I have found that it wears all day and doesnt smudge. Hope this helps you on your adventures in liquid liner!!

I like the gel eyeliners personally. I usually use Mac fluidline in blacktrack, i also like the physicians formula (drugstore) gel eyeliners, they come in stacks of 3 different colors. I like the Inglot brand cream eyeliners- they also come in a bunch of cool colors like red and pink, and the black is super dark, but they do drag a bit on application. If you do decide on gel/cream eyeliner, i recommend buying a bent e/l brush for application. It makes all the difference. Sonia Kashuk makes a good cheap one that they sell at target, has a white handle. Also heard good things about the lancome artliner or kat von d liner. Check out www.makeupalley.com if you want to blow your mind.

someone mentioned the Sephora waterproof cream liner and i recently switched to that from Stila's cream liner (which is great, but dries out in the pot, leaving you with a lot of wasted liner).  i'm in LOVE with the Sephora cream liner!  so far, it hasn't flaked, cracked or smeared and my lids tend to get a little oily by the end of the day, so not getting liner in my lid crease is a godsend.  i find the cream liners easier to work with.  i'm not very good with liquid liner and eventually gave up when i discovered cream liners.

Kat Von D's Tattoo liner is the best. It is a pen but with a fine brush at the end instead of a felt tip like most pen liners. I believe Tarte has a similar liner with the tight brush tip but I have. It tried it. The Kat Von D liner stays all day, does not rub off into your crease and is my one and only liner.

Maybelline do a fantastic gel liner that is not overly expensive and it has awesome staying power. I usually use Rimmel London exaggerate eyeliner for everyday use as I love the application wand and it gives me very black lines that stay put, very reasonably priced :)

I use Prestige Liquid Eyeliner in 01-Black, have been using it almost 8 years now, it is the best eyeliner you will ever use! It don't smudge, crack or peel, it goes on very smooth, has a foam applicator so you can decide the thickness of the line, it is AMAZING, I will not use any other eyeliner. You can try CVS but I think they stopped selling it, the only place I can find it in my area is Ulta but I also live in hickville. It only costs $6.

I use basic wet n wild liquid all the time. it's $2 so it won't hurt to try it out. I've spent more on other eyeliners before but I keep coming back to it.

I use Maybelline line Stiletto which sets well and doesn't smear etc even during out hot ,humid NZ Summers. Second to that for extreme staying power I use Shisado  Gel liner which comes in a lovely old school styles pot. If you are worried about them smearing try setting the liquid with a black powder

So the first picture is natural brows. The second is with the left brow done. What I'm asking you ladies is some critic on it as I've never actually done my brows before I don't want to look silly. Continue
