Ladies - I'm trying to decide between the two. I've been reading reviews and blogs online and its a toss up. Which do you prefer and why? From what I'm reading the colors are NEARLY identical when applied and the Ruby Woo is slightly drier when applying but lasts longer on. As you can see in my photos I'm pretty fair skinned. I appreciate your input!

I think its all in the finish, both are matte but Russian is a little glossier and seems like an intense red where Ruby is muted a little. I love them both but I tend to lean toward Russian personally and professionally. =0)
My red lip is Russian Red. This is also Dita's main red lip colour choice. Its a real great colour, I use a Christian Dior liner, it stays on for ages. Very matt so be sure to moisturise your lips at the end of the day. Colour is just great though!!
I just recently went to Russian and my husband even commented on how beautiful he thought the color was. The matte finish is beautiful and just about as red as you can get.
I have to say I have both, I do wear Ruby Woo a little more often to work. So, sorry i am not much help, my answer to this is brought both.
I wear Russian Red, and love it. The color is great and it stays on forever. My best advice is to go to a store and try both on and see how you feel. That's how I landed on the Russian.
Own both... prefer Russian Red.
The color is more vibrant & the formula is matte but doesn't feel as dry as Ruby Woo does.
Ruby Woo does last a little longer but it always makes my lips look like I've been all day in the sun without chapstick on so I don't use it anymore...
One of my favorite from Mac is also Lady Danger, a slightly more orange matte red. I don't know if it's still available.
For a gorgeous creamy/glossy red I adore NYX black label in Cherry or Tribute to Marilyn.
Besame lipsticks are great too ! I love red hot red ,besame red, red velvet and cherry for a night time red.

Hi everyone. I fell in love with the retro/pin up style a few years ago, but have only recently been beginning to adopt that into my own wardrobe. And up until now, I'd shied away from red…Continue

So the first picture is natural brows. The second is with the left brow done. What I'm asking you ladies is some critic on it as I've never actually done my brows before I don't want to look silly. Continue
