Vegan wedding food?

I am having an all vegan wedding in less than a month, and my menu is still not finalized. I need inspiration for something classy, but not scary vegan (I don't want people to see tofu on the menu and freak out). The chef at my venue cannot make vegan pasta, but other than that, I think she can do whatever.

I have a few ideas, but really unsure. Do you ladies have any suggestions? Anything from hors d'oeuvres to appetizers to entrees.

I am also vegan and I always have a tough time with deciding on menus but here are some things I found that don't seem to scare away the meat eaters. Anything that is vegetable based (no fake meats, tofu) seem to set well with meat eaters. :)

Avocado Cucumber Soup Shooters with Toasted Almonds and Mint
Black Bean Chipotle Sliders
Indonesian Corn Fritters with Tamarind Ketchup
Sundried Tomato and Thyme Puree on Crostini

We're getting married in a few weeks and having tapas style eats. While it won't be exclusively Vegan fare (think I will be the only Vegan there) the two options we are including are:

white bean bruschetta on crusty sour dough + olive tomato tapenade served in witlof leaves.
