What did you use to make this costume? Did you do it completely from scratch? I have a girl crush on Harley Quinn and would love to dress up like her for Halloween :)

Yes, I actually did make it from scratch! Using some kind of Nylon fabric I got at my local fabric store. Thanks so much! :)
