In the Fall of 2013, I was giving a speech for the class of 2014 at Dartmouth (which is my class) for homecoming. I was wearing my Micheline dress in green with some wonderful pincurls. At the end of my speech, this guy approaches me. At first I was caught off-guard and skeptical, but we quickly bonded over our undying love for pinup. I dress it and he draws it (he actually drew me on a napkin on his friend's shoulder while I was giving a speech-- it's incredible). Within 2 weeks of meeting each other, he put me in front of the camera for the first time. I never modeled, and he's never really done any pinup photography. At the end of the shoot, I was surprised and flattered when he asked me to take a picture with him. I was even more surprised when he totally kicked my butt at the posing game (trust me I have gotten so much better). Since then we have become incredibly close friends. I actually don't buy anything without him approving of it first...how 1950's of us.
He's absolutely amazing.
