A New Interview Thursday with Actor Joanna Haughton
Hey guys! It's me Tahitia and it's Thursday and that means that it's time for another installment of Interview Thursdays over at Great Lake Pinup!
Now a lot of you have asked me questions about what I've been up to with working as a background performer (an extra) in Toronto's TV & film industry and that's why it's an absolute privilege to bring you an interview with an incredibly talented actor and hard working photographer and blogger this week, Joanna Haughton!
Ever since I started working as an extra I’ve been extremely lucky to meet some amazing and talented individuals who’ve studied and honed the art of acting over a lifetime. These amazing and incredibly kind actors have given me so much advice on what it means to be a performer and more importantly what it takes to be a serious full time performer.
Without a doubt one of the most amazing of those performers that I’ve met has to be Joanna.
I was lucky enough to make Joanna's acquaintance recently and she was able to sit down for an interview last week that I'm really happy to bring you today.

I agree with everything that you said Jessica! She's more than delightful in person, the first time I actually met her was after a couple of months of exchanging e-mails and tweets and she instinctively reached out to hug me because she told me she felt like she really got to know me online. I felt the same way about her too :)
My only regret is that I didn't go into the question of how women are portrayed in media with more than just a single question. That's a topic that could be a blog in of itself.
