I always suggest that when picking a name, pick one that means something to you. I got the 24K part of my name just by thinking about how I could pinup-ize my last name (Kenny). Maybe use a name from your family, or pick an attribute of yours and then make it pinup.  I totally agree, skip the Betties and Marilyns. Good luck.

If you want something that is unique I'd stay away from Munster because Tess Munster is pretty famous in her own right!

That being said try and think of what kind of feeling your name would give off.  I originally came up with the name Rosemary Fox because I wanted something that sounded sweet and natural but sexy at the same time. I soon found out that name was taken by a psychic in Florida!  So I moved on and started looking for other floral/ herb names.  My BF eventually suggested Tulip, but I kind of wanted to stick with Violet or Violette.  I was looking for a name that could be a real persons name, so I ended up researching the scientific names for various tulips and came up with Zurel. After a quick search I found Zurel is an Israeli last name and I didn't want to be offensive so I pushed it aside and decided that I liked Noire.  Violette Noire didn't make sense to be as it would mean purple-black so I chose Tulip Noire. I think it fits my personality.

Don't try name generators or anything like that.  Try to think of what you like and what best represents you then play around with those ideas.  It may take time but it will come to you!
